Overall responsibility of production planning, production, Quality Control, preventive and breakdown maintenance planning and communicating with maintenance dept. for timely execution. Optimum utilization of manpower and machine for achieving the targets set by the customer in terms of quality products to be delivered as per schedule. Close interaction with factory manager in all aspects of smooth functioning of the factory

Authority: Within the limits accorded by the management you will be responsible for all functions of factory and have commensurate authority to accomplish the below listed duties.
