Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant. Extreme focus on improvising operations to ensure maximum productivity.Ensure to cover up the pendency by helping the staff prepare reports. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Assure completesupport to the existing clients for submitting quality reports on time. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Recruit, train and supervise staff Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel toimprove efficiency and effectiveness in terms of their performance.
