Key Responsibilities:Paid Ads Management Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools. Optimize ad spending to maximize ROI and minimize cost per conversion. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media marketing.Social Media Management Manage and grow Interiosplashs Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts. Develop and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and captions. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice. Collaborate with the design team for high-quality creatives. Track and report social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.General Digital Marketing Support Work with the marketing team to align paid and organic strategies. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights on customer behavior and digital trends to enhance ad strategies.Requirements2-4 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management.candidates are more preferred from Interior design field.Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing is a plus.Creativity and analytical thinking to craft compelling ad copies and strategies.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
