JOB ROLES AS A VISA COUNSELOR:1. Meet with the potential clients to understand their immigration goals travel plans and eligibilty of specific visa types.2. Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.3. Managing the update of visa records in the system.4. Provide outstanding customer service and support to clientsAnswer incoming customer inquiries via phone ,e-mail ,and chat in a timely and professional mannerAssist customer with their financial service needs ,including loan operations, mortgage servicing, and mortgage underwritingGuide customers through the loan application process and provide accurate information about our financial offeringsResolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalismKeep records of customer interactions and transactions ,ensuring ,accuracy and confidentialityCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and proceduresStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed customer support

Roles & Responsibilities:You must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.You must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.You must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.You must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.You must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.As the Visa and Immigration Consultant you may be required train some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfill their roles to a high level.
