Ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash-flow projections and asset valuations.DCF Modeling: Construct and refine Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to evaluate investment opportunities, asset performance, and future cash flows. Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of model outputs.Model Optimization: Optimize and update Argus models to reflect changing market conditions, investment strategies, and financial structures. Ensure models are aligned with current financial practices and industry standards.Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to support Argus , Multi family assets and DCF modeling, including assessing property comparables and evaluating market trends.Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and insights based on Argus and DCF analyses.
