• drive customer experience, product strategy, envision, roadmap.

• design best-practice technology solutions.

• understand and translate customer needs into business, technology solutions.

• capture user requirements, conduct user reviews, and run stakeholder meetings.

• drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future

business requirements.

• work with the solution designers, technical leads, and development teams’ team to bounce ideas,

brainstorm available solutions.

• disseminate business requirements and articulate the best feasible solution to implement.

• collaborate with ui / ux team to build front end application design in line with current market

design approach.

required skills-

• overall, 6+ years of experience, minimum 3+ years as a business analyst.

• comfortable presenting and defending work in front of others

• excellent communication skills, written, oral, internal and client facing.

• flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.

• ability to manage multiple projects and wear many different hats as needed

• knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus

• working knowledge of agile, key ceremonies, ado (azure devops), and other project related

tools.

• well-versed in the use of microsoft office tools.

• problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask.

• ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
