Job Description - By connecting each day with a minimum of 80 working professionals, our primary target audience, from the database / leads present on the lead - squared CRM, you are expected to create a pool of genuine prospects. At this point, identifying the need for up - skilling depending on the students area of interest becomes imperative, so as to ensure a better conversion rate. Moreover, providing prospective students with a detailed information about the programs being offered, through phone / video counselling or an in - person meeting, further helps in creating a strong pipeline for the days ahead. Basically, you are responsible for ensuring daily deliverables are successfully met alongside weekly / monthly enrolment targets. As observed, this is an End - to - End Sales role wherein, you initiate conversations with a cold - calling activity & eventually, lead it towards closures.Working Days - Monday to Saturday (basis - monthly performance alternate Mondays -off).Office Timings - 10:00 a. m. to 7:00 p. m.

Responsibilities:Cultivate new leads within the sales territory via the door-to-door sales method.Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.Meet personal and team sales targets.Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.Build long lasting client relationships.Evaluate customers needs and requirements and educate them on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.Represent the brand during all existing and prospective customer interactions.Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.Requirements:High school diploma. Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting sales quotas.Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.Basic computer use competency.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and driven.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.Team player with the ability to think on their feet.Good time-management skills.
