Position Overview:As a Sales Executive specializing in LED lighting products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly in the LED lighting industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Bhopal region to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our LED lighting products, their features, benefits, and applications, and effectively communicate these to clients.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and initiatives.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.Qualifications:Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the LED lighting industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape in the region.

Key Responsibilities:Spearheading the expansion of UPVC profile system sales to fabricators, driving growth in primary sales and boosting window business through secondary sales channels.Proven expertise in uPVC profile systems is essential.Maximizing sales leads for higher conversion rates, establishing strong customer relationships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and leading teams effectively.Experience in senior managerial roles is required.Enhancing existing sales channels, promoting the brand, and securing a larger share of corporate sales to increase overall revenue.Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of uPVC profiles.Accountable for achieving sales targets and revenue realization.In-depth knowledge and experience in market dynamics.Prior experience in the building materials sector is preferred.Communication Skills:Proficiency in English and Hindi.
