as a sales executive specializing in led lighting products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in surrounding areas. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly in the led lighting industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.

key responsibilities:

business development: identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bhopal region to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

product knowledge: develop a deep understanding of our led lighting products, their features, benefits, and applications, and effectively communicate these to clients.

market research: stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

sales strategy: collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.

lead generation: proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.

sales reporting: prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.

customer service: provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

qualifications:

minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the led lighting industry.

bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
