Job Description:As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, and promoting our range of CNC Sheet Metal Processing Machines. You will act as the technical-commercial link between our company and prospective clients across your designated region.Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:* Identify and develop new customers in sheet metal, fabrication, and allied industries.* Generate leads through market research, field visits, exhibitions, and referrals.* Achieve sales targets for assigned product range and territory.* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.* Prepare and deliver technical presentations and machine demonstrations.* Supporting exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events coordination.Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:* Understand customer needs related to sheet metal processing and recommend suitable CNC solutions.* Conduct technical discussions with clients, providing product specifications and machine capabilities.* Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility studies and application support.* Support the preparation of commercial offers, quotations, and proposals.Market & Competitor Analysis:* Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.* Identify emerging market demands and potential opportunities for business expansion.Post-Sales Coordination:* Ensure smooth execution of orders in coordination with internal teams.* Support after-sales service coordination, machine installation planning, and client satisfaction follow-ups.* Act as a point of contact for resolving client concerns during and after project completion.

We are Enterprise Business Partner(EBP) of M/s Vertiv Energy Pvt. Ltd. ( Formerly Emerson Network Power).As an EBP we are responsible for sale & service support of entire Vertiv DPG Range of UPS Systems pan Jharkhand.We have a Dedicated team of UPS service Engineers for providing Routine maintenance and Critical maintenance / Breakdown support services.We serve corporate customers which include TATA Steel, Tata Motors , Nuvoco, Tata Power, Jusco ( Now TSUIS) and a Host off other corporate customers.We also serve Educational institutions / Hospitals / Factories in the Adityapur Industrial area and Government offices in Jharkhand.The selected candidate would be required to lead a team of service engineers and would be over all responsible to ensure that the customers are served as per the accepted Service Level Agreement ( SLAs).The Selected candidate would interface with the customers to provide them service and solutions optimizing the use of the installed Vertiv UPS base and maximize productivity of the assets deployed.Planning and procuring the spares will also be a responsibility area for the selected candidate and he would be the single point of contact for the customers as well as the in house leadership team for all UPS related service & support issues.

This is a key role in upfront sales & marketing. working closing with Vertical Business manager on sales target payment collection, new peoduct introduction, retention of old customers & creation of new customers base. Very important to understand products offerings and its application. Need to make key accounts classification with in side contact development. Timely reporting along with proper reports generation & submission within the stipulated time frame is also an important task to be carried out. Need to have proper understanding & knowledge of industry buying pattern, inquiry cycle & payment cycle. This position also demand good relationship building up with PBMs, Order Execu & BAT teams for proper & smooth flow of order execution. Need to work closely with the reporting authority. Also need to have strong negotiation skilll & strong metal strength to with stand negotiation pressure

Candidates must have good exposure & selling knowledge of industrial products (along with a good customer database) in Automobile, Auto Ancillary and Robotics , Candidates have to work from Office only & must have Two-Wheeler will get extra preference.Job description:1.
