Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during project execution and ensure the collection of payments. Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernization sales contract closing, and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the Branch Modernization targets. Estimating, negotiating and selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements. Provide quotation, technical documents and other support to contractors/distributors. Achieving monthly individual sales goals. Follow and track standard processes in completing the above.Requirements: Experience in sales and/or within the lift/elevator industry would be advantageous. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales. Sales driven, result focused &success-oriented personality. Ability to lead, motivate, generate bids, show consistency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including active listening. Exceptional sales skills with determination, tenacity and confidence. Preferably from lift/elevator industry.
