Job Opening: Field Sales Executive FMCG (Beverage)

About the Role:
Were looking for high-energy Field Sales Executives to expand the retail presence of our fast-selling 20 non-alcoholic digestive drink (called GUTPHIZZ) across Delhi. The product is already seeing strong traction in the market, your job will be to scale it faster by getting it into the right stores, sampling smartly, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-footfall retail zones (panwaris, kirana stores,etc.) with strong potential for our target customer base.
Pitch the product to shopkeepers, conduct sampling on-site, and close retail conversions quickly.
Ensure proper visibility, availability, and stocking at retail points.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for repeat orders.
Onboard local distributors where required to strengthen supply and reach.
Keep a pulse on the ground- collect feedback, monitor competition, and share insights regularly.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales & conversion targets.
What we're looking for:
12 years of field sales experience in FMCG/beverages or related sectors.
Must have experience in general trade and working with small retail formats.
Quick on feet- can identify hotspots and close deals on the spot.
Knows how to build retailer trust through product sampling and persuasion.
Basic understanding of how distribution networks work.
Strong communication skills in Hindi (English not mandatory).
Willing to travel extensively across Delhi.
Own 2-wheeler is a must (we give petrol allowance)
