Sourcing of New to Bank business banking accounts & Managing the Business Bankingportfolio assigned Assisting the clients business with different business banking products like OD/CC/BG/Term Loans/Forex/etc Cross sell of Liability based products liked Fixed Deposit, savings account to the portfolioclients Maintaining the service standards set by the bank in collaboration with the service supportteam Maintain Co-ordial relationships with internal stakeholder and external agencies togenerate leads for New to bank Clients.

1.Due Diligence documents coordination between Lessor & Lessee.2.Coordination for LOI/Term Sheet/Lease Deed signing between Lessor & Lessee.3.Coordination for Registration of Lease Deed/Agreement.4.Coordination for property handover & fit outs.
