Job Description Of HR Recruiter: Having an experience in Bulk Hiring Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
