prerequisites:

any graduate

excellent written & verbal communication skills.

experience - nil - freshers who are looking to make career in human resource / recruitment

operating computers, microsoft apps, email writing is must, please do not apply if you don't have these skills

good in excel functions

good / decent typing speed

job responsibilities include:

1. understanding job descriptions, screening profiles from various job portals

2. connecting candidates with various skills

3. collecting their primary information & updating database

4. validating candidates according to the job description

5. scheduling interviews and keeping a track of the same

6. validating the documents of the candidates

7. involving in joining & on-boarding process of candidate

8. maintaining clean & up to date information / database

9. preparing mis reports

office time - am to 6 pm -

2nd & 4th saturday off
