Financial Data Management: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by organizing and filing documents, such as invoices, receipts, and financial statements.Bookkeeping: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Record financial transactions accurately and timely using accounting software or spreadsheets.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the facility's budget. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and analyze financial data to support budgeting decisions. Help forecast financial outcomes and identify areas for cost optimization.Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, including maintaining employee records, calculating wages, and managing timekeeping systems. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration.Vendor Management: Help manage vendor relationships by maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and contracts. Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis by reviewing and interpreting financial data. Prepare reports and summaries that provide insights into financial performance, cost trends, and revenue generation.
