job summary:

we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented hr executive to join our team in hsr layout, bangalore. the ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment and payroll processing.

key responsibilities:

manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

maintain and update employee records and hr databases.

handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.

assist in hr operations, including attendance management, leave tracking, and employee documentation.

support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

ensure compliance with hr policies and labor laws.

requirements:

education: bachelors degree in hr, business administration, or related field.

experience: 12 years of relevant experience in recruitment and payroll.

language proficiency: fluent in english and kannada (both spoken and written).

good knowledge of hr software/tools and ms office applications.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
