Complete responsibility of running the team and infra at the branch of Panvel. On weekends, handle clients himself. Personally handle difficult customers. Ensure that the coordination between marketing, sales, legal, and collection is smooth. Pull into the organization the best sales talent available in the market.Motivate the team to ensure that the sales targets are met. Responsible for the branch revenue. Ensure the team performs as per the targets and the branch is growing and profitable.
