Store Supervisor - Taloja Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in Taloja. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth management of the store while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Staff: Manage and guide store employees, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.

- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure that products are well-displayed and organized for customers.

- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and complaints, providing support to enhance their shopping experience and resolve any issues they may face.

- Sales Monitoring: Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.

- Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in a retail environment. A 12th-grade education is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for supervising staff effectively. Candidates must possess good organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-focused approach is crucial for providing excellent service. Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales reporting is an added advantage.
