Email Support Executive (Back Office) Salary: 15,000 16,500/month Training Duration: 3 weeks Work Schedule:6 days working with 1 weekly off9-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night), Male candidates9-hour rotational shifts between 8am to 8pm, female candidates.

Assist customers over the phone, and via email.Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve basic issues.Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and complaints.Assist in processing orders, invoices, and other documentation.Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed.Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.Support general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and administrative duties.
