Major Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation and update records of new staff.- Performing Joining & Exit Formalities.- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.- Responsible for employee engagement activity conducted on occasionally & monthly or quarterly basis.- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.- Coordinate training sessions , maintain training calender- skill matrix records- Submit reports on general HR activity.- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Facing customer audits, maintaining safety standards of employees.
