The candidate should have strong knowledge of CPWD Specifications, DSR, IS codes, and standard methods of measurement. The role includes preparation and verification of client bills, subcontractor bills, measurement sheets, rate analysis, and reconciliation statements for materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, and other construction items. The candidate must be capable of taking accurate site measurements, coordinating with the site team, preparing MB records, identifying extra items, and maintaining all documentation related to billing and progress.
