Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sales:o Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.o Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.o Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately. Project Management:o Manage 7 to 8 projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met.o Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project timelines.o Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Customer Engagement:o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.o Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.o Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to nurture client relationships. Data Management:o Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.o Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.o Prepare and present reports on lead generation and sales activities.
