key responsibilities:
lead generation and sales:
o conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
o identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately.
project management:
o manage 7 to 8 projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
o coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project timelines.
o monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
customer engagement:
o build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
o address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
o follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to nurture client relationships.
data management:
o accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the crm system.
o analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o prepare and present reports on lead generation and sales activities.
