Sales Coordinator (Telecaller)- Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Coordinator Company: Dream Power Realty A venture of Dream Plus Colonizers and Developers, jaipur Location:402 City Center 2 Science City, Ahmedabad*Key Responsibilities* - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.- Explain real estate projects, offers, and pricing.- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.- Follow up with interested customers regularly.- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.*Requirements* - 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience preferred).- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.- Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive communication skills.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Working Hours- Monday to Sunday(weekoff one day )- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMSalary- 15,000 - 22,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives.
