Sales Coordinator (Telecaller)- Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location:402 City Center 2 Science City, Ahmedabad

*Key Responsibilities*

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

- Explain real estate projects, offers, and pricing.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

- Follow up with interested customers regularly.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.

*Requirements*

- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience preferred).

- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

- Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive communication skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Working Hours

- Monday to Sunday(weekoff one day )

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary

- ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives.
