Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors, screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries Managing the senior managements personal and business diaries Arranging domestic flights, transportation, and accommodation Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews Keeping a track of all the meetings, conferences, etc of the senior management Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments Co-ordinating with the HR Team for organizing staff appreciation functions and other company events Assisting in setting up repairs/maintenance appointments for office equipment Reviewing and ordering office supplies Any other task assigned by the managementCandidate Skills: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 4-5 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Preferred a female candidate residing in Goa Self-motivated and should have the ability to multitask Good time management skills and organization skills Should have a pleasing personality with good communication skillsWe Offer: A full-time position in our organization Ample scope for personal and professional growth
