responsibilities:
• greeting visitors, screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries
• managing the senior management’s personal and business diaries
• arranging domestic flights, transportation, and accommodation
• coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews
• keeping a track of all the meetings, conferences, etc of the senior management
• preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments
• co-ordinating with the hr team for organizing staff appreciation functions and other company events
• assisting in setting up repairs/maintenance appointments for office equipment
• reviewing and ordering office supplies
• any other task assigned by the management
candidate skills:
• graduate in any discipline
• minimum 4-5 years’ work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role
• preferred a female candidate residing in goa
• self-motivated and should have the ability to multitask
• good time management skills and organization skills
• should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills
