Resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow scripts, maintain CRM records, and comply with company policies. Suggest process improvements and promote products/services effectively. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (fluency is critical for international clients). Comfortable working night shifts (e.g., US time zones, typically 6 PM to 6 AM IST). Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service orientation. Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of BPO experience are ideal. Willingness to work 5-6 days a week with rotational shifts. Additional Preferences: Experience in international BPO or outbound sales is a plus.
