Job Title: Customer Service Executive International Process- Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records and update databases with the latest information.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes).
Basic computer proficiency MS Office, CRM tools, and typing skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent performance.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Bachelors degree.
Experience:
Min 6 months of experience in an international voice or non-voice process preferred.
Shift Timing:
Rotational shifts- 6 Days Working.
One side Cab in the Odd hours Limited to 20KMS range
