we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated customer support executives to join our team at startek for flipkart hyperlocal. this is a blended process with 80% chat and 20% voice support. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

responsibilities:

provide timely and effective customer support through chat and voice channels.

resolve customer inquiries and issues related to flipkart hyperlocal services.

maintain high accuracy and professionalism in communication.

ensure a positive customer experience with quick resolution.

meet set targets for chat response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

requirements:

minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.

strong verbal and written communication skills in english.

previous customer support experience is a plus.

ability to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure.

flexibility to work in a blended environment (80% chat, 20% voice).

must be willing to work on starteks payroll.
