key responsibilities:
• handle inbound/outbound calls with international clients (., us).
• resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• follow scripts, maintain crm records, and comply with company policies.
• suggest process improvements and promote products/services effectively.
• skills and qualifications:
• excellent verbal and written english communication skills (fluency is critical for international clients).
• comfortable working night shifts (., us time zones, typically 6 pm to 6 am ist).
• basic computer skills and familiarity with crm software.
• problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service orientation.
• education: minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of bpo experience are ideal.
• willingness to work 5-6 days a week with rotational shifts.
• additional preferences:
• experience in international bpo or outbound sales is a plus.
