Job Description: Customer Retention Officer (Collection & Recovery)We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Microfinance team as a Customer Retention Officer. This role is critical for maintaining healthy portfolio quality by ensuring timely repayments and building strong relationships with our rural and semi-urban clients.Role OverviewDepartment: Collection & RecoverySector: Microfinance (MFI)Target Age: 18 28 yearsWork Timing: Starts at 6:30 AM (Early morning field visits are essential)Location: Field-based (Operating within a 50km radius of your home location)Key ResponsibilitiesField Collections: Conduct daily field visits to collect installments from customers at their doorsteps or center meetings.Relationship Management: Build rapport with borrowers to ensure they prioritize their loan repayments.Recovery: Follow up with overdue or delinquent customers to recover pending payments and understand their financial challenges.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily collections and submit reports to the branch manager.Retention: Identify at-risk customers and educate them on the benefits of timely repayment to ensure future loan eligibility.Compensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary: 15,000 to 17,000 (Based on experience and interview).Statutory Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) + ESIC (Employee State Insurance).Health Cover: Mediclaim benefits for you and your family.Allowances: Dedicated Petrol Allowance for field travel.Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives (the more you recover, the more you earn).RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Mandatory: Must own a Two-Wheeler and have a valid Driving License.Resilience: Ability to work in the field and handle early morning shifts.Note: This is a high-energy field job.
