Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients through phone, email, and in person.Understand client needs and share them with the design and production teams.Provide updates on project timelines, order status, and deliveries.Handle client complaints or issues quickly and professionally.Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.Build long-term relationships with key customers and keep them engaged.Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking systems.Follow up after project completion to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service. The ideal candidate should be from an advertising agency background with a minimum experience 1-2 Yrs. Responsibilities:- Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment.- A good eye for details.- Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work, Patience, high Client orientation, and business common sense.- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.- Generation of estimates and obtaining budgetary approvals from Clients.- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services.- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history.- Ability to translate client briefs into specific actionable items- Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per time lines committed.- Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happens on time.- Capability in building Strategies- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems
