Job Role: Client Relationship Group (CRG)/ Client Relationship ExecutiveJob Location: Indore Job Type: Work From OfficeEqual Opportunity Provider: We welcome & encourage both Female & Male candidates to work with us.Shift Timing: US Time Zone (Night Shift) For Male Candidate: Any time between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST actual shift would be allotted as per the business requirement. For Female Candidates: 8:00 PM to 5:30 (Fixed Shift)Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients of SGS in USA. Will work as bridge between SGS internal Team and the clients of SGS. Would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls. Co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments in SGS. Needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client. Reports to Management about the work performed daily. Accountable for getting the work completed following the SLAs and TATs of SGS. Requirements: Must have Excellent Communication skills. Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented. Strong organizational skills. Good Team player.
