Job Description:Argasia Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance to students, parents, and institutions, helping them make informed decisions regarding educational pathways, career development, and admissions processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Learn about the Courses and services of the company.2. Acquire new clients by selling our courses.3. Meet the quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets.5. Maintaining strong relationships with existing Students.6. Negotiate with Students and provide them the counseling.7. Keep records of sales and revenue.8. Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions forUPSC aspirants.9. Deep understanding of the UPSC exam process and requirements.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the products.Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to finalize sales agreements.Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the companys market presence.Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve the overall sales process.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

Provide services to customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts, obtains orders,and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales area.Qualification: 12th pass requiredSalary upto 25k Experience: Minimum 6 month experience required in field sales.Skills:Good communication in hindiThis is work from office only.

working as the point of contact between the customers and internal or external team members. Ability to coordinate with a lot of people and STRONG follow -ups.
