To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations. To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis. To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.Requirements : Candidates with Bachelors degree in any stream.
