The individual will be required to understand our products and offerings as well as what companies are doing in the name of employee wellbeing today. Bringing in new business for the company will be the primary role of the executive. The responsibilities include:Job Description: Generate new business opportunities Chase business revenue targets Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Effectively communicate the value proposition through demos and proposals Keep an ear to the ground on healthcare trends and market Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededSkills, knowledge, and attributes required: Previous relevant experience of up to 1 year in B2B sales Excellent communication skills written and oral Street smart, open-minded, analytical, persistent, accountable, and ethical Quick learner Well-groomed always Soft skills, negotiation Go getter, aggressive Networking capabilities Good sense of money/pricing Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Good research skillsLocation and Remuneration:This is full-time, in-person (i.e. not remote) job at Domlur, Bengaluru.
