Minimum 1 year of International voice experience (Customer service (Billing), basic technical & Sales) Preferred In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Change, Due date, Prorated charges, Auto-Pay & Surcharges, Service charges and taxes) Clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/ her thought) Ability to handle tough situation with customer. Excellent communication skills. Customer handling skills. Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently. Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week). Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough Spontaneous Ensure Timely & Professional Responses to all Queries, Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A. Interest in learning new technologies. Experience promoting and/or selling products and services. Demonstrated communication skills. Resolving device issues using troubleshooting techniques and providing clear and concise information. Reviewing account information and answering questions about billing or services.
