position customer support executive

location: magarpatta , viman nagar, kharadi ,yerwada ,hinjewadi

type full time

roles & responsibilities:

responding to customer inquiries: addressing questions via various channels such as phone, email, live chat

problem solving: identifying the root cause of customer issues and finding efficient resolutions.

*education - ug /grad

*experience - fresher / 1yr to 5yr of international bpo exp

*package upto -

3lpa to 6lpa (30% hike)

incentives on performance based

allowance

*shifts- uk , us, rotational

*days of working - 5 days

*week off- 2 days

*both side cab facility

*we don charge anything from the candidates *
