POSITION Customer Support Executive

Location: Magarpatta , Viman Nagar, Kharadi ,Yerwada ,Hinjewadi

Type Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing questions via various channels such as phone, , live chat

Problem Solving: Identifying the root cause of customer issues and finding efficient resolutions.

Education - Ug /Grad

Experience - Fresher / 1yr to 5yr of International Bpo Exp

Package Upto -

3lpa to 6lpa (30% hike)

Incentives on performance based

Shifts- Uk , Us, Rotational

Days of Working - 5 Days

Week Off- 2 Days

BOTH SIDE CAB FACILITY
