minimum 1 year of international voice experience (customer service (billing), basic technical & sales) preferred
Ø in billing (understanding of recurring bills, billing cycle change, due date, prorated charges, auto-pay & surcharges, service charges and taxes)
Ø clarity in thought process (able to articulate his/ her thought)
Ø ability to handle tough situation with customer.
Ø excellent communication skills.
Ø customer handling skills.
Ø strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
Ø willing to work in a 24*7 environment (rotational shifts/5 days a week).
Ø customer centric & logical thinking & need to be enough spontaneous
Ø ensure timely & professional responses to all queries,
Ø experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product q&a.
Ø interest in learning new technologies.
Ø experience promoting and/or selling products and services.
Ø demonstrated communication skills.
Ø resolving device issues using troubleshooting techniques and providing clear and concise information.
Ø reviewing account information and answering questions about billing or services.
