As a BPO Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. You will also be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. A 12th pass qualification is required, and previous experience is not necessary as this position is open to freshers. The job is full-time and can be done from the comfort of your home in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.
