JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE/POSITIONDepartment- Pre-Employment Screening (PES)Designation- Research Associate1. To follow the Netrikas Background verification standard.2. To check the authenticity of Candidates qualification, employment History & Criminal records (Databases)3. To complete the allocated task within timelines along with the required standard as defined in the process(es)4. To maintain/ update various MISs (Individual Log, Contact Database etc).5. To co-operate in achieving the Individual as well as Company goals (quality goal, productivity etc.)6. To ensure that any escalation/discrepancy must be reported/handled within time.7. To prepare Reports.8. Any other task, as assigned by the reporting manager/authority.
