RESPOSIBLE FOR SALES INVOSING AND PURCHASE INVOISING, MAIL COMMUNICATIONS, LEAD GENERATION, SHOULD KNOW MS WORD & MS EXCEL, SHOULD BE ABLE TO GENERATE QUOTATIONS & PROFORMA INVOICES, SHOULD KNOW TALLY OR NPSM BIILING SOFTWARE

Job profile: 1. Tele-calling through existing client database.2. Generating new leads and updating database.3. Coordination for appointments & scheduling meetings.4. Servicing the existing clients.5. New business acquisition.6. Making power point presentations as per client brief.7. Contribute with cost effective and realistic ideas in the concept ideation process.8. Maintaining minutes on behalf of reporting manager during client meetings.9. Accurate communication of work brief from clients (internally & externally)

Candidate MUST have knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Coral Draw, Pagemaker (optional) and FrameMaker (optional). Candidate MUST have experience of at least 2 years or above in handling DTP tasks such as Layout setting of books, journals, magazines, etc., DTP on translated content in various languages (Indic/Asian/European), creating editable files from PDF/Image source (Source creation in various languages). Candidate should have moderate knowledge of print media, publishing, translation, etc. Candidate with English, Marathi and Hindi typing skills will be an added advantage.Freshers who are willing to do career in DTP can apply. Graphic Designers do not apply.
