Production Coordinator Site Supervision Batch Planning MIS Preparation Logistics Operations
Coordinate with the production line to receive pallet orders and verify the type and details of each order. Conduct pallet segregation based on type wooden or metal. Prepare and plan pallet production as per daily and weekly schedules. Manufacture pallets as per specifications and assigned plans. Perform quality checks on all finished pallets. Verify pallet batch numbers, record them accurately, check member IDs, and affix appropriate stickers on each pallet. Match member IDs and sticker numbers in Excel for record accuracy. Link the output batch numbers to the respective production lines. Prepare dispatch challans for outgoing shipments. Monitor member in/out timings and attendance. Track vehicle entry and exit for dispatch and delivery purposes. Maintain and update MIS reports and Google Sheets regularly. Use mobile applications to manage pallet making, pre-dispatch, and dispatch processes.
