We are looking for a Waitress to join our team at a restaurant in Topsia, Kolkata. As a Waitress, your key responsibilities will include taking orders from customers, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for cleaning and setting tables, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should be a female with a minimum of a 12th pass education. Previous experience as a waitress is preferred but not required. Should have Good communication skill Should have excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint , Word etc) Analyse daily tickets and share reports on daily basis Follow ups with respective domain team for pending tickets Daily Tickets review and mention reason of breached tickets Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS report and submit Daily tracker with updates on open points highlighted by customer Ensure that all required reports to be published on daily basis Coordination with respective domain team members and customer.
