Oversee daily salon operations, inventory management, and customer service.2. Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional beauty services and uphold brand standards.3. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet targets.4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.5. Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns promptly.6. Collaborate with senior management on marketing initiatives and promotional events.7.
