Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. CRM System Optimization: Recommend improvements to enhance CRM functionality. Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets using CRM insights. Training and Development: Train team members on CRM usage and continuously improve skills. Customer Support and After-Sales Service: Address customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
