Coordinate with internal team for smooth dispatch of material.

Coordinating with store, dispatch& warehouse

Providing sales and administrative support

Follow up with customer for payments.

Supporting the sales team in attaining sales target.

Development of new business and negotiation of contracts

Communication with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales.

Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.

costing for RFQ and negotiation for final pricing.

Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.

Maintaining an efficient work environment.

Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meeting

Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
