Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain features, pricing, and benefits to clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive activities. Provide feedback on market conditions to the management team. Suggest adjustments to sales strategies based on market trends. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software. Assist clients with legal and financial processes such as loan applications, agreements, and registrations. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions. Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

The responsibilities will include:Work with the management team to create a multi-scenario business plan inclusive of targets, projections, P&L and timelines.
